Rental Rates & Information
A minimum 2 night stay is required on weekends.
A minimum 3 night stay is required on long weekends.
Mid Week, Weekend, Monthly & Seasonal rates available upon request.
$452.00 deposit required for a weekly reservation.
A one week minimum stay is required in July and August.
Our romantic Chalet for two has a 2-3 night minimum during July and August.
Full payment is due upon arrival.
Summer weekly cancellation - Your deposit, less a cancellation fee of $100 will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received no later then 11 weeks prior to your weekly rental.
Weekend, weekly or daily cancellations - 4 weeks notice to cancel is required. If 4 weeks notice is not given you will lose 50% of the total amount of the reservation. If it is a last minute reservation you will lose 50% of the total reservation at all times.
