Policies

All of our rental units are non-smoking | We reserve the right to reject or terminate any reservation at any time | No Refund for late arrival or early departure | A deposit is required when you make your reservation and the balance is due prior top arrival unless other arrangements have been previously made | A Security Deposit of $100 is required when you make your reservation | Check in time is 4:00 pm & check out time is 10:00 am - there are no early check ins/ late check outs in the peak summer months.
September to June we have a 2 night minimum stay | September to June a deposit of $100.00 is required when you make your reservation | Long weekends are a 3 night minimum stay require | July and August we rent cottages weekly FRIDAY - FRIDAY as priority but do now offer a minimum of 3 nights available | we require a deposit of $200.00 to be paid when you make your reservation that is 7 nights or longer | Fireworks are not permitted on our property. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding hate speech, bigotry, racism, violence of any sort or aggression - we will not hesitate to terminate your stay and you will forfeit your payment should this be an issue. Our staff is here to help you and are working hard to give you a great trip, please show our staff the same respect we know they will show you.
Fire Bowls
Every Cottage or Chalet has a fire bowl located near your accommodations. Wood is available on-site for $15.00 / bag. Guests are not allowed to bring their own fire bowls but you may buy your own wood if you would like. The fire bowl can only be used between 7 pm - 11 pm in the designated location, except during a government/municipal mandated “Fire Ban”. During a fire ban if you are caught having a fire you will forfeit your payment and be asked to leave. We take this extremely seriously. The wood stored inside the Cottage or Chalet is only for use in the wood stove or fireplace and not in the fire bowl. Please do not break branches off of our trees. Campfires must be put out completely before you go inside.
Dog/ Pet Policy
Prior approval is required to bring a dog. Dogs must be on a leash or tied up at all times while on our property. You must clean up after your dog, inside and outside. Dogs are not allowed to bark excessively so that they annoy other guests and are not allowed to be left unattended. Should your dog / pet cause any damage on the property, we reserve the right to take the price of repair off of your security deposit - if the price of repair exceeds the $100.00 security deposit, you will be sent a bill. Cats welcome but must be litter box trained.
Guest Policy
If you decide to have guests or visitors, additional fees may apply and prior approval is required. We restrict the number of guests and dogs allowed in a Cottage or Chalet and on our property. Please do not assume you can invite guests, with or without a dog, without making prior arrangements. Depending on the original booking arrangements, an additional fee of $20/guest/day and $15/dog/day will apply.
Summer Weekly Cancellation Policy
Your deposit, less a cancellation fee of $100 will only be refunded if notice of cancellation is received no later than 21 days prior to the beginning of your reservation.
September - June Cancellation Policy
Your deposit, less a cancellation fee of $50 will only be refunded if notice of cancellation is received no later than 2 weeks prior to the beginning of your reservation.
